Registration Fees

Special Registration Announcement: For this year’s symposium, authors whose full papers are accepted for publication may benefit from a special early-registration discount of more than 80% by completing their registration on or before 16 October 2026.

Important: Registration and payment may be completed only after the author has received the official Acceptance Letter. The discounted registration fee does not influence the peer-review or acceptance process.

Important: Authors of full papers accepted for publication may register for only €20 on or before 16 October 2026; after this date, the regular registration fee will be €160.
