Eligibility Criteria for the 100% Registration Fee Discount

To qualify for the 100% registration fee discount, submitted papers must satisfy all of the following criteria:

  1. Scope Relevance: The submitted paper must be clearly related to the official scope, themes, and scientific disciplines of the symposium.
  2. Mandatory Symposium Template.
  3. Qualified Academic Co-Authorship: The paper should include at least one PhD holder, academic staff member, or professor with expertise in the relevant field among the authors to strengthen the scientific and academic quality of the submission.
  4. Recent and Scientific References: References must be relevant, academically credible, and predominantly up to date. Priority should be given to recent publications from peer-reviewed scientific journals and other reputable scholarly sources.
  5. Full Compliance with Symposium Guidelines
    All symposium submission policies, author guidelines, formatting requirements, ethical standards, and instructions related to the official manuscript template must be fully implemented.
  6. No AI-Generated Figures.
  7. Valid and Up-to-Date ORCID Records
  8. Scientific Quality and Originality
  9. Complete and Accurate Submission Information
    Authors must provide complete and accurate information for all contributors, including full names, affiliations, institutional email addresses, ORCID iDs, corresponding-author details, keywords, and other information required by the submission system.
